Australian Shipping
All Ponyboy orders are shipped within Australia via Australia Post.

Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate

Free Standard Shipping: On orders over $250

Express Shipping: $25 flat rate
At this stage, we don't offer international shipping.
Processing Times
We aim to get your order on its way within 2 business days! During busy periods and sales, please allow up to 5 business days for us to pack and dispatch your goodies.
Business days exclude Victorian public holidays.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are dispatched from Victoria with Australia Post. Delivery times vary depending on your location and are subject to Australia Post's delivery estimates.
Need your order in a hurry? Choose Express Post at checkout for a faster delivery option. Please keep in mind that our usual processing times still apply.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to you.
We take care when packing every order, but occasionally things don't go to plan. If your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, please get in touch with us at hello@pony-boy.com and we'll help you work through the next steps.
Delivery Addresses & Order Issues
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout, as we're unable to guarantee changes once an order has been shipped.
If there's an issue with your order, including an incorrect item or damage on arrival, please contact us at hello@pony-boy.com within 3 days of delivery where possible, and include your order number and photos if relevant. This helps us resolve things as quickly as possible.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this timeframe.
